2elevate GmbH was founded in 2024 by Mandy Schmitz, an expert with 15 years of project management experience, including 6 years in an agile context as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. As a certified Agile Coach (IHK), she brings extensive practical experience in agility and transformation, making her the ideal partner to support companies in successfully implementing agile methods and achieving sustainable transformation.
